COVID-19 UPDATES
Because of COVID-19, our shipment window has been extended five days to give our warehouse team and shipping partners enough time to fulfill your order. For enquiries or assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. We are open from Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM excluding holidays.
SHIPPING
We offer free Standard Overnight shipping within the United States of America for all orders placed by 3pm EST Monday through Friday on full price merchandise.Â
We offer free worldwide International Priority shipping on full price merchandise. You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination.
UPSÂ is our courier of choice for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.
Our warehouse is closed for all United States national holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.
RETURNS
Bienen Davis accepts returns on items for a full refund within 10 business days of receiving your purchase. All SALE merchandise can be exchanged for store credit by emailing our customer service team within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@bienendavis.com. All bags must be returned unused in original packaging with tags attached. Bienen Davis reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 10 days. All custom monograms are final sale.
RETURN SHIPPING
We offer free return shipping on full price merchandise. Please email customerservice@bienendavis.com and we will email you a return label. Please pack the return shipment using all original packaging materials and secure the return label to the top of the box. Then, bring the return package to your local shipping location. If you have lost the return label or require further assistance, please contact customerservice@bienendavis.com
For international returns you are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Bienen Davis.
REFUNDS
We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a refund will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are received defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at customerservice@bienendavis.com
REPAIRS
If for any reason your Bienen Davis handbag should need repair please contact customerservice@bienendavis.com. Each handbag will be assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from bienendavis.com or one of our authorized retailers.
Images of the damaged bag can be emailed to Bienen Davis. Once reviewed we will provide an estimate of any associated cost of the repair. You must approve the cost and nature of the repair in order for the work to be completed with a 100% pre-payment. A time frame of when the repair will be completed will be provided at time of assessment. Please contact customerservice@bienendavis.com if you are in need of a repair.
