We offer free Standard Overnight shipping within the United States of America and same day delivery in New York City for all orders placed by 3pm EST Monday through Friday.
We offer free worldwide International Priority shipping. You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination.
FedEx and DHL are our courier of choice for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.
Our warehouse is closed for all United States national holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.
Bienen Davis accepts returns on items for a full refund within 30 business days of receiving your purchase. All SALE merchandise can be exchanged for store credit by emailing our customer service team within 3 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. All bags must be returned unused in original packaging with tags attached. Bienen Davis reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 30 days. All custom monograms are final sale.
We offer free return shipping. Please email email@example.com and we will email you a return label. Please pack the return shipment using all original packaging materials and secure the return label to the top of the box. Then, bring the return package to your local shipping location. For international returns you are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Bienen Davis.
